Fey Sunshine Ghost

Fey Sunshine Ghost is the physical personification of a collection of spirits who happily haunt the electrical meat puppet known as Sandee Hover. 

They have a diverse background in music, comedic improv, acting (film and theatre), costuming, painting, and synthesizers spanning decades. Fey Sunshine Ghost loves supporting local drag and dressing up in drag for events — especially Creatures of the Night. 

Artistic cultural influences include (but are certainly not limited to) the works of David Lynch, Abhora, Lana Del Rey, Meatball, Delta Work, Rod Serling, Niohuru X, John Waters, Kathleen Hanna, Marilyn Monroe, Alexander McQueen, Tierra Whack, Sylvia Plath, Tom Robbins, Nina Simone, Lady Gaga and Kate Bush. 

Fey Sunshine Ghost aims to honor the dead by harnessing their artistic powers and being a conduit of Light by combining their energies with those of the living. 

Being able to participate in Vanity’s Drag Star Challenge will be a great honor for me as an artist. My friends who have participated in previous seasons of this unique competition have shared with me that they grew so much from the experience and loved the camaraderie shared between contestants. I will show absolute dedication each week for each and every new assignment. To receive feedback on my art from esteemed and talented judges would be beyond helpful and a great privilege.
